The hotel is rundown but they are in the middle of a remodel. Unfortunately, we had a room that was below par, however beds were Comfortable. The Swimming Pool closed and very dirty. It was one of the features of why we stayed here...very disappointed.

This entire hotel needs to be renovated. It is dirty, damaged, has pests, smells, has mold and no one should stay here.

Ive been coming here for quite some time now, and it is always a pleasure! The location is great, its close to some of my favorite stores and a delicious Portos! The rooms are always clean, quiet and comfortable. The WiFi is quick, connecting to it is simple, and the staff is always helpful and understanding. Also has a great Latino food place right in the corner and its delicious!

The location was good. It was an easy drive to Universal Studios, where we went on our trip. There was free parking at the hotel. The pool seemed ok. The beds were only ok; they were a little too firm, but that is ok for me.

I didnt like it at all. It was raunchy, dirty, and had roaches. The employees didnt even know how to conduct business they did not even know how to print out my receipt upon my check out.
